Meet Harriet

Working over the past 20 years in a range of organisations with different purposes, structures, and corporate cultures, I’ve coached executives and senior leaders in government, professional services, manufacturing and logistics, education, luxury brands, not-for-profit, and environmental sectors.

I have an in-depth understanding of the systemic and cultural leadership challenges faced by C-suite executives. The intersection between the swiftly changing geopolitical, technological and climatic landscape and today’s requirements of leadership underpins my work with senior leaders. It supports them in staying relevant and future proofing their organisations.

I have worked and travelled extensively across Asia Pacific, fuelling and feeding my curiosity around different cultures and leadership concepts as I delivered coaching to C-suite and leadership teams. Living in four European countries and eight years in Hong Kong complements my breadth of cross-cultural leadership understanding.

As an in-house leadership coach working with senior partners and leadership teams across EY (Ernst & Young) EMEIA for two years, I gained immense insight into how large partnerships work on the inside. Senior leaders in all types of organisations navigate complex challenges on a daily basis and need to be fully equipped to do so.

As a highly experienced, cross-cultural, ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) executive and team coach with over 3,500 hours of leadership coaching, I love working with top executives individually and in group settings. Reach out on the contact button if you would like an initial conversation.
